My daughter goes to school in DC and we have eaten at this Cheesecake Factory numerous times over the last few years but when we showed up for Easter Sunday Brunch something was not right. first our server was terrible. After taking our drink orders he asked if we were ready to order. We were only seated for a few minutes and as a party of seven it takes some time to look at the menu when you are saying your hello's and wishing each other a happy Easter. When we asked for five more minutes the waiter rolled his eyes and walked away never to be seen from again. I finally tracked down a manager after 30 minutes and explained the situation and another person took over our table. This woman was very nice and promptly took our order and brought some bread for us. Then when the food was served two of the seven dishes were not ready. Two people waited another ten minutes and when the food finally appeared one of the dishes was cold and not prepared properly. The GM did come by and comp the two dishes that were late but next time we are in DC we will find someplace else to go.
