Chronomancer D&d 5e

I am a huge fan of the 2e chronomancer (time mage), and I was wondering if anyone knew where I could find a 3.0/3.5 version of it? (3.5 is prefered, but 3.0 is easy rnouph to convert). I would prefer a base class version of it, but I'm also willing to look into prc forms of the class. I know I have seen a prc version of it, but I don't recall where.
