it depends on what u'r willin to do to the door and how much skillu have. u can pry the top of the door and pull it out far enough tostick something about the thickness of a hammer handle and us acoat hanger to pull the lock mechanism out. this will kinda bend urdoor out and you will notice a whistle while ur driving but thiscan be fixed by putting a 2x4 in the door jam about door handleheight and press on the top of the door until it seals at the topwhen u close the door with out the 2x4 in the door.

If you have power locks, you can stick the antenna in throughthe back door (easiest to do) and it's stiff enough that when youget the ball in the pocket that if you press straight down to bendthe antenna it will flip it open. Good luck!
